Woah!

I wonder how long it took them to make a list of all those cards.

Wow! Now that's a ton. I wouldn't be surprised if podstock bought them!

he probably just copied and pasted from the website, do you know why he listed every card so anyone that does a search for jerry rice or any of those years for any cards will come up with that in the search engine, actually I think this is form of keyword spamming. This will come up in search engines too.

That's how I found it.

I wasn't even searching for Rice or for football cards. I was searching for something else and this came up.

auctually I think keyword spamming is illegal, but so many people do on website, all they do is type in a bunch of stuff in the background and change the color to then they change the color to the background color, for instance, bgray could do and then change the color to grey and you would never know it was done.

Didn't know people could do that.

But why is it illegal?

That's nuts, Ryan! Anything to promote a site I guess.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Pod check this auction out either... he sure loves his Jerry Rice.

I dunno why, my thoughts are that people maybe searching for say kobe bryant cards but the guy keywords ever star ever to play in the nba, it guess just like they are trying to make spam illegal, it makes people look at things they don't want to, do I understand it? NO

iggy might be able to explain this better, it is also a way to move up in the search engines as well if I am selling a kobe auto, I could put kobe in the background like 2000 times and it would look like I have a lot of what something someone would be looking for.

oh holy fark!!!

Thanks for bringing this up to my attention.

I'll be bidding --- I usually wait until the very last minute, so we'll see how things go.

If this dude were smart, he'd wait until the football season began to sell this auction.

LOL, that's true. Good luck with the bidding and let us know how it goes.

Yeah I never thought about that. People would use it to move up in the search engines.

People have way too much time on their hands if they are finding ways to move up in a stupid search engine. LOL

That's probably why its illegal and because if it wasn't and everyone did it then it would make search engines worthless.

$177.50

this should definitely get interesting.

I'd be more ecstatic if there were 600 cards, each unique..than to see 1300+ cards, but have 8-9 duplicates.

lol.. I don't need lots of duplicates of Rice cards, unless it's his RC and 2nd-year cards

Pod - are you going to bid on it?

Well, someone bought it for $177.50

That's not a bad price at all.

Guess I'll just have to do it the hard way and get a few at a time.

I just didn't like having 9 identical cards of Rice.

That's true. I think that's a deal at that price.

That's about 13 cents which is an awesome deal considering he's the best WR ever.

Yeah, I was thinking about it. I wonder how much shipping cost? Did it say? Must have been a lot of $.

That is a pretty cool lot there. I can see the reason on not wanting many dups but it is something that would definatly help someone out with their collection of Rice cards. hehe. Now all I need to see is that E-Bayer to put up a lot of J.R. Redmond cards. hehe. But it will have to be of premium cards since I already have so many dups of his lower end cards. hehe. :)
