I'm starting this list so it will cut down on members asking all the mods to do the same banners and not being charged a fee.

Graphic Rule: New Members get 1 free banner after that 50 cc is charged. Any member you have not made a banner for may receive a free one as long as their name does not appear on this list! Please update list after creating banners. Some members do not know when to quit asking for multiple banners!
