NOTE 1 - This is list will be far from perfect and complete because I am basing this off of personal knowledge, common knowledge, and knowledge from other members and as such, PM me with anyone who fits the list or should not be on this list and I will take care of it.

NOTE 2 - if the player signs for a fee, they go onto the "Players Who Sign For A Fee list" located in a separate thread.
