College, and if so who do you contact the AD?,coach?

i dont think they do, because giving stuff away to potential recruits is a violation of NCAA policies

Tons of college coaches from many sports will send autograph photos when requested to coach via email. Go to the university website and look for staff contact emails. I have gotten guys like Bobby Bowden, Bob Huggins, Coach K, etc.. to send a free autographed photo by just dropping an email, asking for the autograph and adding my name and address. We also have loads of email addresses listed on this site under the autograph section. Here is a link:
