This is only to be used by members with less than 20 feedback of SCF in order to get credit for trades from other sites in order to circumvent the MSF under 20 feedback rule. At this time, since it is fairly new and not coded into the system, if you have over 20 feedbacks and it still mentions that you must send first, show the other trader your transferred feedback.

This is not intended to be used by anyone with a MSF on all trades "tag". Transferring feedback will not help you at all in bypassing the "tag".

You'll find that most online trading sites have either a MSF tag or a MSF avatar that they give to members. While each site handles things a little differently, the principle remains the same.

It's placed there by the staff to warn members. If a member has any form of Must Send First under their name then they are required to send first on all transactions. No exceptions.

Obviously if a member is in a transaction with a MSF member, we can't force him/her to wait for the member with the MSF but the tag is there for a reason. If he/she choses not to wait and ends up getting scammed, then it's his/her fault for ignoring the fact that the other party had to Send First.

For example ----- John Doe has a MSF tag. He makes a transaction with Bob Johnson. John tells Bob that he needs the cards right away for a birthday present. Bob agrees to send first due to this. 1 week goes by, then 2, 3,4, and finally 5 weeks go by and Bob never hears from John again. Bob has been scammed out of his cards, but it's his fault since he ignored the MSF tag on John

These are the main reasons, though there may be others that I'm not aware of. (I don't give the tags)

Bad Transactions Here (Too many of these will result in a ban from SCF)
Bad Transactions on another Trading Site.
Member is banned from another trading site.
