On 4/11/08, I sent messages to all the major league baseball teams on their websites asking for a fan pack.
I received many undeliverable e-mails back and a few e-mails from the teams.

Successes:
Astros 4/17/08 - Astro cards of Kazuo Matsui and Chris Sampson, sticker, and pocket schedule
Athletics 4/18/08 -information on the A's elephant, pocket schedule, and Athletics card of Emil Brown
Brewers 4/17/08 - Brewers cards of JJ Hardy and Bill Hall, 2 magnets, and pocket schedule
Indians 4/17/08 - Indians cards of Joel Skinner and Jason Stanford, letter, seating information, coloring page, 2006 Opening Day baseball card of Andy Pettitte (Astros uniform on card, he never played for the Indians, they must have had it lying around)
Mariners 4/18/08 -sticker sheet, picture with facsimile autographs of 3 players, picture of Safeco Field
Orioles 4/18/08 - letter, stickers, Orioles cards of players, postcard of Oriole Park, card of mascot, Orioles information inserts

All fan packs I received are scanned into my bucket and are for trade.

The Yankees and Twins require a request by mail.

The Padres request a $15 donation to The Padres Foundation for Children for each fan pack requested.
According to the e-mail I received:
The funds received from all Fan Pack donations directly benefit the Padres Scholars Program (education), the Little Padres Parks Program (recreation), and a variety of children’s health initiatives.
The Padres Foundation falls under the umbrella of The San Diego Foundation, a not-for-profit organization.

Hey there

In the future, please use the fanpack success threads, rather than starting your own thread.

Thanks
