Alright everyone... as one of the main team members who lurk around this forum to keep things in order... I feel it is time to tell you all that I am fed up with the rule breaking. Notice how we have 22 pages of threads in this forum? Well... those 22 pages are all in the same format:

YEAR SET

That's it! That's all you have to do! There has been a sticky here since day ONE stating this but every day people break the rules and post whole sentences... and all kinds of other things as titles too.

If you need cards from 2008 Topps Series II your post title should be:

2008 Topps Series II

NOT:

I need Topps cards
or
I need 2008 Topps
or
I need like 10 more cards to finish my 2008 Topps Set
or
Does anyone have these Topps cards?

GET IT?

GOOD!

You need cards? You list the year then the set and in the thread you state WHAT cards you need... and THAT IS IT.

Simple as pie.

NOW, I used to have this nice long templated reply I would PM people who broke the rules... being all nice and telling them what they did wrong... that they should fix it... where the rules are listed, etc. etc. (I'm sure SOME of you have gotten that nice little template). Well.... YOU WON'T ANYMORE.

From now on... if you break the rules in posting a thread... your thread gets DELETED. And that is that... no warning... I won't tell you I deleted it... it will just POOF... dissapear. You do this more than two or three times... and it won't just be my bad side you are getting on.

I want to be a nice guy... but you all aren't making it all that easy on me. =(

If you post a thread in the baseball set building forum, you MUST ONLY put the YEAR and name of the SET in the title of your thread. For instance, if you are looking for cards you need for 2009 Topps. Your title will be 2009 Topps...not WTTF 2009 Topps...or I only need these 2009 Topps. The thread titles MUST be in this format...no exceptions.

The reason the titles are kept in this format is so the threads stay in order by year and set with newer sets at the top of the list. This makes it easier for those who are looking to help people fill sets find the threads by year and set.

Any thread that does not have the title in the YEAR--SET format will be edited, moved, or deleted.

Beyond keeping your title in the correct format, you may list your set needs as you like. The title however must be by YEAR and the specific SET your are building only.

Advisors and Mods...please do not save this as a "Sticky". People are not reading the STICKY's and still posting in the forum incorrectly, so hopefully this will be seen and read if kept with the other threads for a short time.

I reset this thread as a sticky...hopefully we have no more problems with people posting in this forum incorrectly again
