*NEW* Graphics Forum Policy
Effective: August 26th, 2008
Overview:
Since Graphics work takes time and effort, we will be rewarding anyone who takes their time to make banners, even if not on the graphics team. Banners will be evaluated and assigned a card cash reward ranging from 10cc-50cc based on the quality of the banner (as determined by a graphics team member). The amount will then appear on the thread titled 'Card Cash for Banners - Master List', a sticky at the top of the Graphics forum. If it is your first banner, your name will be added, along with the initial amount of card cash you earned. If it is not your fist banner, you reward will be added to you ongoing card cash total. When you reach 300 card cash, you may "cash out".
Eligibility:
To receive a card cash reward for your work, the banner must meet the following specifications:
-The banner was made free of charge (card cash, cards, other items/services, etc.)
-The banner is within the SCF size limits (Normal Member: 300x100 & 50kb - VIP/Premium Members & Staff: 500x100 & 75bk)
-The banner may not be an entry (winning or not) for a "Best Banner Wins..." type thread/contest.
-The banner must be made for a specific person who has requested the banner. Random banners published before requested and given away after the fact are not eligible for a card cash reward.
-The banner was made within 24 hours of sending the PM request for evaluation
-The banner was made after August 26th,2008 at 5:45 PM EST
To Receive Your Reward:
Send a PM (private message) to one of the following graphics team members:
-Aharvey
-Olivertoxxin
Send your message to only ONE of these members. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the card cash reward.
Your message MUST be in the following format or card cash will not be rewarded:
Subject: Banner For CC
Main body of message:
Recipient of Banner: (Enter the complete username of the member that the banner was made for)
Link to Banner: (Post a valid link to the banner for evaluation)
Link to Thread: (Post a link to the thread where the banner was requested-include page number if the thread is multiple pages)
Date Created: (Date the banner was made)
You should see an updated card cash amount posted within 48 hours. If you do not, you may then send another PM.
How to Cash Out:
Make sure you have reached 300 card cash. Then send a PM to either:
-Aharvey
-Olivertoxxin
We will then confirm the amount, and you should receive your card cash within 72 hours. Once you cash out, your total on the thread will be reset to zero.

SCF Staff and graphics personnel have the right to revise the graphics policy at any time.
