I'm not 100% positive, but I think the percentages you are quoting are only the active bids he has. For instance, he had 3 bids total, 2 with this seller for a total percentage of 66.666% and 1 bid on another seller's auction (33.333%). Since he is actively bidding on only 2 items (3 bids total), his percentage would be high for this sellers item unless he had a lot more bids elsewhere on other sellers' "active" auctions.
