Brand new, never used. Just bought it a week ago at Best Buy for $300 (this product (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8474279&st=garmin+nuvi+260&lp=1&type=product&cp=1&id=1186004321449))for a job that would've required me to move to a new city, but they ended up not sending me, so I have no need for it, and I misplaced the receipt, or one of my roommates may have thrown it out so I can't return it, plus it's been more than 14 days since purchase.

Nice unit, wish I had a use for it!! You may want to try and see if you can take it back and get store credit or something because if you put it on eBay for $250 it probably won't sell. They go between $150 and $210 with $210 being the highest recently sold.

I was gonna do that but the receipt was misplaced. I think one of my roommates, while cleaning up, threw it out on accident. Plus it's been past the 2 weeks of time you're allowed to return an item
