Looking for New Members!

What is the TCG (Team Collector Group)?
We are a group of INSANE NFL SUPERFANS who collect any and all cards of our respective, beloved team. We were formerly on Beckett, but since the change we have chosen to move to bigger and better places. In exchange for getting loads of cards of our team we send out goodies to our other team collectors.

There are some requirements basically a team bag full to everyone in the group you're supposed to be sending to. You don't have to send GU or Auto's nor are you guaranteed to receive any, but remember karma. :)
E-mail/PM Elan (thepistonsfan) or Michael (MadMan1978 ) or Roger (patriotsguy) Nate (Ryo1549)with any inquiries or questions.

**NEW RULE REVISED**
We are accepting new members to join the group. If accepted you will officially start in October and you must contact Michael,Elan,Roger or Nate and provide at least 10 trade references from bmb members or 10 feedback from SCF!

If anyone has not received any packages, please contact us ASAP.

NOTE: If you have not sent your packages for any past months you need to get them out ASAP. No names, you know who you are!

I live in Indianapolis, well actually I now live in a suburb called Noblesville. I've been a fan since seeing my first Colts game the year they moved here. In the late 80's I was huge into cards. I would walk about 3 miles every sunday to get autographs from players after the game. Fell out of the hobby once I discovered girls in the 90's. The bug bit me this year when I pulled out my old cards to see if any were worth selling on eBay. Well I didn't have any worth selling, but I sure found a bunch worth buying. haha. I've been hooked since. Well, thats me in a nutshell. Thanks for letting me be a part of the group.

just finished a 4 box case break of 06 National Treasures....and i hit the jackpot!! scans to come in a few...

so long story short, at the local pit we kinda went tcg style on this case break. 4 guys went in on it, with a 250.00 buyin. we drafted 8 teams each. 28 total cards in the case and i ended up with 12 of them!! my teams were:

yea i changed pc's because 1) westbrook became so hot to collect, his $20 rookies began selling for 80+ and his regular autos and low numbered cards climbed to 50 each which was easily double what i had been paying 2) i got tired of being outbid by my ebay rival who seemed to have an endless supply of money. I would bid ridiculous prices on some westbrook cards to beat him and still lose so i became frustrated 3) i wanted a more finite chase by collecting lcm cards from 1999-2007 at least there is a limit and a goal to reach 4) a lot of the lcm cards are cheapies with the parallels and some of the no name players like duce staley, freddie mitchell, charlie garner, chad lewis who i loved when they played for the eagles 6) who doesnt love the look of lcm

Hello everyone.

This is a sad day and I have made a decision.

I am selling the majority of my PC.

Obviously I won't be selling the Tech or David Thomas stuff because alot of it wouldn't sell and I will continue to collect them as much as possible. I will also continue to collect 49ers as much as possible too!

I will be selling alot of my 49ers pc. I will be keeping 1 auto per player and possibly more and cards that mean a lot to me. I will be keeping most of the memorabilia too. It may take me a while but I am going to list the majority of it. I hate to do this but I am in financial hell right now and need to pull my self out of it before things get worse. I am sorry if something was giving to me and is listed, I am not intentionally doing this but I need to do what I need to do.

Some questions I know will come up...

Q: Will you stay in the TCG?
A: Yes! Absolutely. I have a ton of base and need to stick to the hobby as much as possible to keep me sane.

Q: What about events?
A: I should be in for SS but may be out for the SS due to my finances. I will keep running the breaks and such even if i cannot afford them.

Q: What finances do you need to pay?
A: I have a few bills piling up. I intend to get rid of 1 Credit Card, Pay up on my cable and electric bills(moving has killed me) and I have a firearm on lay away(my fault) that i need to pay for. Total around $1500 which is not going to be easy. My bills have gone up since I've moved out by myself. Rent jumped to $650 (200 more) Cable jumped to 110(from 70 and splitting it with roomate) etc etc etc.

I will try and keep everything that was a freebie or SS stuff but like i said. If i list something. Its not intentional or because I don't like it, its because i need to get the dough.

***ANNOUNCEMENT***

Hello everyone.

This is a sad day and I have made a decision.

I am selling the majority of my PC.

Obviously I won't be selling the Tech or David Thomas stuff because alot of it wouldn't sell and I will continue to collect them as much as possible. I will also continue to collect 49ers as much as possible too!

I will be selling alot of my 49ers pc. I will be keeping 1 auto per player and possibly more and cards that mean a lot to me. I will be keeping most of the memorabilia too. It may take me a while but I am going to list the majority of it. I hate to do this but I am in financial hell right now and need to pull my self out of it before things get worse. I am sorry if something was giving to me and is listed, I am not intentionally doing this but I need to do what I need to do.

Some questions I know will come up...

Q: Will you stay in the TCG?
A: Yes! Absolutely. I have a ton of base and need to stick to the hobby as much as possible to keep me sane.

Q: What about events?
A: I should be in for SS but may be out for the SS due to my finances. I will keep running the breaks and such even if i cannot afford them.

Q: What finances do you need to pay?
A: I have a few bills piling up. I intend to get rid of 1 Credit Card, Pay up on my cable and electric bills(moving has killed me) and I have a firearm on lay away(my fault) that i need to pay for. Total around $1500 which is not going to be easy. My bills have gone up since I've moved out by myself. Rent jumped to $650 (200 more) Cable jumped to 110(from 70 and splitting it with roomate) etc etc etc.

I will try and keep everything that was a freebie or SS stuff but like i said. If i list something. Its not intentional or because I don't like it, its because i need to get the dough.

same here, in other news i bought 32 leaf certified eagles cards off of sportlots.com Was able to find a bunch of the older hard to find common cards between 1999-2003. I can't wait for them to get here.

yea prices were more reasonable on the more common older cards you dont find listed on ebay, more recent jersey cards etc are kinda overpriced in my opinion

Hey Fellas, just checking in. Watch the Highschool game on ESPN tonight. It is the Winnersville Classic out here in good ole Valdosta, Ga for the battle of "TITLETOWN".. Tickets here are always hard to get and I haven't been to the Winnersville classic ever in the 5yrs I have been here because they are hard to get. Well the civilian in my office has a hookup at the school board and scored us each a ticket. It will be on ESPN at 8pm EST I believe. Lowndes vs Valdosta. Lowndes is the team I root for which is the county high school team. I personally live across the street from Valdosta High School though. Lowndes is ranked 7th or 8th in the Nation and when this game happens, you throw rankings and wins/losses out the window from what I hear. It will be a mad house. Valdost High owns the stadium and it is where the D-II National Champs Valdosta State Blazers play on Saturdays. Should be a good game and I look forward to it.

I collect mainly just Garrad and Lewis. My Garrard collection is kinda skimpy at the moment. The only other Jags cards I really collect are autographed cards. Jersey cards are ok as freebies, but I would never buy a plain jersey card unless it was a sick patch on it. But Lewis and Garrard are my main players. Money has been really tight and relationships and college classes have been taking up my time. Went to the Jags vs Steelers game Sunday night and almost shed a tear when my boy Marcedes caught his TD. That is when you know you are a true fan. And even when money is tight, I still have not thought about selling any of my collection of him. They will always be my cards.

Normally, Peyton is a no-brainer. However, hasn't been that great this year and the match-up doesn't give me the "warm and fuzzy" feeling.

Well, Manning hasn't been his normal self this year the the Colt O-Line hasn't been good either. The Ravens D has been great, as usual. Plus, the Ravens will be running the ball A LOT....which means less time on the field for Manning.

I know what Miami did to Rivers, but the Chargers haven't been that great either. Not to say the Texans are better, but they are at least playing better right now. Schaub had a good game prior to his virus......Johnson is getting into a groove and Slaton has been insane good.

Fantasy point wise, they are really close.......depending on the scoring. In one league of mine, Schaub scored higher and in another Peyton scored higher.

Misty aka DallasDreamer was admitted to the local Hospital. Presently she is in the ICU. Her BP is low too low IMO and all she levels are at near bottom. Right now I am hopeful all will be ok in the end. for the next couple days or so I wont be around much.

Her recovery will take some time
They are presently just trying to brings all her levels and as well as her BP up to a point where she can maintain them. She will have to have surgery at some point again. However she has to be stable. Today they are doing another CT with IV contrast. But to do that her kidneys need to be functioning better.

She has been moved to a normal room in stable condition however she has a few issues that will need to be addressed but for now they just want to get everything to a normal level.

Exactly. I tried to sell a Hunter Pence lot. A guy comes in asks how much. I give him a price, he then immediately replies "NOPE MORE THAN EBAY". So I rile up the prices of all individual cards, It came out to be like $5 higher. I told him look what did you want to pay? I posted links to him and said I was pretty close, so make me an offer. He didn't reply. I listed them one bay and got $15 more than I offered it to him for.

Ok I'm here! :wave: I'll try and make it short and sweet. I am a male 30 years old and live in Northern Cali. When my father got me into football I was about 9. He was a 49er fan and I always did all I could to go against him. So I figured because they played the Falcons twice a year I would root for them. It has never changed. I am a Die hard Falcon Fan and loving the Ryan Revolution! I have been reading this thread for the last few days and short of some not sending it sounds like a blast.
