Glead to see 3 Wings on there, but Zetterbeg deserved the Calder Trophy the most. He was only a few votes shy.

peter forsberg did deserve the hart trophy, and he is probably the best all around player in the game right now. kudos to forsberg.

it was also nice seeing barrett jackman get the calder. its about time that a great defensive defenseman performance was taken into consideration. nash and zetterberg had great seasons but zetterberg was on a great team and a great line (which he helped make good), and nash simply just didnt have the offensive numbers to win it. jackman had a tough assignment to fill in for perennial all-star chris pronger, but he did that and performed exceptionally well. jackman will be one of the best defensive d-men in the game for years to come.

44 points in your rookie season doesn't win the Calder? Zetty looked off the hook on the ice, I saw him leave so many defenders in confusion and some defenseman from St. Louis gets it? 3 freaking goals? No way. He's not even a true rookie, he played a game in the 2001-2002 season. Zetty got hosed and it would have been a complete set up if Lidstrom didn't win the Norris.

Everyone keeps saying Zetterberg doesn't deserve to win the Calder because he played on a good line(which is crap in it's self), but his line wasn't even that great. Brett Hull is past his prime, and Pavel Datsyuk is an average younger player.

How does Marty win the Vezina, but not the MVP (playoffs)?

He deserved both, but then again, 'Giggy' did get 'Jiggy.

Jackman played really well last year, but i truely do think Zetterberg played batter. Nash also deserved a few votes.
