I just wanted to know fellow traders thoughts and opinion on these. I saw these while at Target yesterday. 3 packs per box, 5 cards per pack for $29.99. This seemed a little steep for me considering I didn't see a guarantee of any GU or auto hit in the box. It seems like you'd be better off plunking down the cash for a hobby box where you will get a few hits minimum.
Has anyone else seen these?

I have had better luck with the blaster boxes than the hobby boxes. That's in basketball cards though not sure how football has been doing.

Hey for what it's worth i have picked up 3 of these blasters the last couple of days from Walmart. There were 2 numbered jerseys in each box, but they were all of the base cards outta the set, all the rest were base except for 1 certified potential insert.
Vernon Davis /50
Donald Driver /150
Lendale White /150
Rudi Johnson /150
Those are what i remembered getting, to me it was not worth 30 bucks for 3 packs of pretty much all base. Hope this helps with the question.

To me, the Topps Chrome blasters are worth the $20. Even though you are guaranteed an auto with a hobby box, buying 3 blasters nets you almost as many cards as a hobby box (96 in hobby vs. 90 in 3 blasters) with just as good hits.
I don't mind paying $30 for a blaster, but I think you have to bring a little sweetener to that box.

If you're looking for some LCM go with hobby...pay more but at least you know you'll get better hits.

yeah for that price i better get a guaranteed hit. usually the only blasters that i break are for the lower end products that have a few rookies per box.

I agree with you there....i buy alot of Chrome also and to me yeah the blasters always seem to have good value. I have pulled 2 autos from blasters in addition to getting some good rookie refractors and some low number inserts also.
The LCM blasters for the price were not worth it,unless you get something better than what i did. I could have gotten a hobby box for what i paid.
