Man, it's been awhile since I've been screwed, but today really sucked,about 3 months ago, I got a Ted Johnson auto redemption off of Ebay (like $12-15 or so....I was pretty excited, I love getting new auto's from older players for my PC, and Teddy was one of my fav's from back in the day.

So today I get a package in the mail, I open it up and see a letterhead from Topps, sweet the Ted is HERE!!!! Uh, no, wrongo, not quite.





Instead of my sweet addition to my PC, a Veteran Patriots autograph, I get this poo poo auto $%^&*(* instead. Seems fair, Topps, YOU SUCK!!

The Kolby sells at a red hot $3 or so, thats a cool substitute right??

I feel your pain Insane Irish,Especially since you bid on the redemption.What's pissing me off is these companies do not even try to find out what you would accept as a replacement.I had the same problem with a replacement from donruss,So sad to say topps isn't the only company screwing its customers.Take care Steve

I must have got lucky w/ UD from what I have been reading: I redeemed a 2007 UD Premier Byron Leftwich Patch Auto /25 that was never produced - my replacement was a 2006 Ultimate Braylon Edwards/Charlie Frye Dual Auto Patch /5 (I am from cleveland so this was nice) and a 2003 UD Finite Jamal Crawford (Basketball) Auto.

yeah I tend to only sell instead of buying redemptions for that reason. I thought I heard that in the past, someone sent back a replacement request from tools after calling them up. Give it a try if your not too ****** off and let us know how it goes.

I feel you bro, Donruss has always given me decent replacements, but TOpps is garbage. I had a redemption for a Co-Signers dual auto of Landry/Davis and they sent me a Leonard Pope chrome auto. :twitch:

Last week I got an e-mail saying my chrome buchholz auto redemption has a delay and they didnt say anything about how long the wait will be and now I very much doubt I will even get the card im supposed to get.
