Card shows are usually alot of fun.

I like to bring checklists from sets I am working on. If you like trading bring some cards, there are usually people to trade with.

Prices are based on the individual dealers. I usually get some great deals, but there are always a few tables that over value their cards. Look for steals...and if you find one jump on it.

How many tables are at the show?

Have fun!

Card shows are a lot of fun. I don't take cards with me because I don't really have anything worth trading as I generally only pick up stuff of players I collect. If you have stuff you want to get rid of, you can take them with you. Around my area, most dealers at shows are very reasonable price wise, and generall take offers on their stuff as well, as long as it is reasonable. There are some at every show that are over priced, and I generally stay away from them. In the end, they are a lot of fun and you can almost always find at least one great deal, usually more. Hope you have a great time at the show!

if you take cards with you, take the local teams and then take the hot cards, because thats what the dealers are looking for, cards they can make money on. then be prepared for them to pick the cherries, its what they do.
