If I want a cheerleader as a head coach, I'll choose an actual cheerleader. Wade Phillips sucks.

Fire him Jerry. This season is already over. Get Cowher.

They won't fire Wade. He lead them to a 13-3 season last year, and this year get's off to a bad start and people are calling for his head? Come on now, in these times, this is when you see a team's character.

Phillips is fine till he loses the players' and Jerry's trust and I have not heard anything about that yet.

I agree. Unreal tjhey lose a couple games and people calling for the coaches head. Talk about being spoiled. Some need to wake up and come back down to earth

What did Wade Phillips accomplish last season? A winning record and no playoff win, right? That means diddly poo to me. Cowboys haven't won a playoff game in 12 years. Jerry unloaded millions in the offseason. Expectations are high, and we're sitting at a 4-3 record and facing two tough teams the next two weeks. We'll be at 4-5. This team is loaded with talent, but has a yes man, a cheerleader, as a head coach. We're not winning anything with Wade Phillips. You can call me spoiled or tell me to come down to earth...but my eyes are wide open right now and I see the direction this team is headed with Wade Phillips as head coach. He needs to go and so does a majority of the coaching staff.

Using your logic the Steelers should have fired Cowher during the rough times. Which there were many. I understand your frustration though. It will pass

Just as the Chargers fired Marty Schottenheimer when they had a 13-3 record with no playoff win. Next season Norv Turner comes in, gets to the AFC Championship game. I'm not a big fan of Phillips, and i haven't ever been. Didn't like Parcells because he was too strict and it was his way or the highway. We need a guy who is tough, hardnosed, but understands a young QB as Cowher did with Big Ben. I'm ready to jump ship on Phillips. I sure as hell hope he proves me wrong and turns this ship around, and in that case I will admit to my wrong assumption and kiss his ***. But, the only way we will get through this rough spot is with Romo. It's true and that's how it is. One more week with Johnson and the Superbowl favored Cowboys are sitting at .500, 8 games through the season.

Never have liked Philip's, our team will slowly keep eroding with him. We're too much of a finesse team. Need someone in between Wade and Bill but more so towards Bill. Winning or losing I don't like the guy, his style wont win a SB.
