I have a local dealer who builds and sell plaques with cards included. He was looking for some Hester, Jennings, and Hawk cards for his plaques. Blowout cards had a good price on a case of 06 Playoff Playoffs sets so he ordered one. He offered me the sealed packs with the auto and parallel cards for a good price and I took them.
