lol when i said a chris johnson auto i was debating between whether to say that or a mcfadden gu. should have said the mcfadden. that wasnt that bad of a break though

I LVM for Donruss Customer Service. Hopefully this is a one of a kind box.

Not a horrible box but it could have been better. The McFadden was a nice hit. I would definately call up Donruss and let them know your unsatisfaction that the box only had 9 packs. Does your son have a favorite team yet? If so, PM me who he likes and I will see if I can dig up some cards to send him for free.

My apologies for the Bump.

I bought 4 boxes, two only had 3 hits...so it could be worse...

Go to Donruss.com and register your complaint online. They have it pretty organized. You can select the category to complain about a QC issue with the box, type in your issue, and even upload pictures if necessary. Once they respond and let you know how they are going to handle it, you can print out a shipping form with all the info from the complaint to send with whatever they ask you to send in. It will most likely be the receipt, wrapper(s), and box top with serial number. I did this when I had a problem with Absolute and they sent me a random hit for what I was missing in my box in about a month.
