View Full Version : Pick 1 player...Braylon Edwards or Desean Jackson jasonluckydog17 10-23-2008, 01:38 PM Im leaning towards Jackson at the moment. ToySoldierz 10-23-2008, 01:43 PM Edwards. As Soon as They Bench the Bum! WHEC716 10-23-2008, 02:10 PM Edwards nadeau01_johnson48 10-23-2008, 02:42 PM Edwards. As Soon as They Bench the Bum! I like your style! Braylon won't do anything this week. Playing at Jacksonville, with the idiot QB, AND no K2? If he does anything, I'll be shocked. However, unless you're in a league where kick return/punt return yards are worth something, neither will Jackson. Kevin Curtis is back, so that'll cut out a lot of Jackson's looks. If you get points for return yards, play Jackson. If you don't, Braylon has a better chanceof at least getting you a few points. trombley62 10-23-2008, 02:50 PM Definetly would go with Edwards. jasonluckydog17 10-24-2008, 01:47 PM If I could pick up Curtis would that be a better option? dallascisco 10-24-2008, 02:11 PM Curtis is the main option so I like him over jackson but personally I'd roll with edwards. If I could pick up Curtis would that be a better option? jasonluckydog17 10-24-2008, 02:36 PM Curtis is the main option so I like him over jackson but personally I'd roll with edwards. Curtis was open so I dropped Jackson, I will start Edwards and see how Curtis does this week. Thanks BradyToMoss 10-24-2008, 02:44 PM Wouldn't have dropped Jackson. Curtis' first week back. Don't expect too much. McNabb has also gotten pretty comfortable with Jackson. He's the number 1 guy now and until McNabb shows otherwise, I'd much rather have Jackson then Curtis. As far as the Braylon / Jackson question, I would have gone with Jackson. Bad D with a good QB vs. good D and bad QB. Sir BucNasty 10-25-2008, 12:26 PM This can play out two ways. With Curtis and Westbrook back, the eagles wont be passing as much to Jackson I believe. I mean they get their best offensive weapon back and Curtis being a deep threat doesnt hurt either. The other way I look at it, is that it could be similar to Colstons return last week, where he didnt put up any numbers. So Jackson could do good, but when it comes down to it, two words come to mind... Brian Westbrook. So, I wouldve gone with Edwards as well, but you def. shouldnt have dropped Jackson though. john1170 10-25-2008, 02:07 PM Braylon Edwards. Jax pass defense is not good. |
