Ray Anderson, NFL executive vice president for football operations, says the league is investigating a bounty made against Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward by Baltimore Ravens linebacker/defensive end Terrell Suggs, who appeared on the "2 Live Stews" show on Sporting News Radio.

"We certainly are looking into it," Anderson said. "That bounty notion is completely against the rules. We will look into it aggressively."

I bet he would be scared and call mommy.... Pleeeeeease. It is funny that Suggs said they had a bounty on Mendenhall after the fact. Like they took him out on purpose. It was a mundane run up the middle that Ray tackled him on and his shoulder broke. Had nothing to do with ferocity and bounty. It was a normal football tackle...Just typical lousy team talking smack...

Thats not really news. The Ravens have been out to get Ward for several years and the bounty thing has been out there too.

I think Ward is tougher than every player on the Ravens minus Ray Lewis.
