It'll be Palmer, and I'm glad! I'd hate to see a great quality QB in Leftwich go to the graveyard that's known as the Bungles.

I think it will Charles Rogers or Byron Leftwich.

I think more than ever the #1 pick may be traded as Bengals have Jon Kitna locked up to a long term deal. besides 1 pick isnt going to revive the Bengals, they need to deal the pick for a young veteran or two, plus some quality picks later in draft.

Carson Palmer, unfortunately.

Carson Palmer, but their is a chance they will trade the 1st pick and get a nice vet. Then they can pick up leftwich later in the draft (aka 5th pick)

I think:
Leftwich,
Rogers,
Palmer.

In that order.

Palmer because they aren't sure about leftwichs leg

I think Palmer will go first, but the real question is which team will be the one drafting him.

Palmer hes the same as David Carr last year

Give the Bengals credit, they are trying to address their defense though free agency, as they have added Kevin Hardy, Tory James,
John Thornton. So if they keep the #1, it appears maybe a QB, and let him sit a year or two and learn as Chad Pennington did.

I think Lewis is smart to let Takeo Spikes go. He's more concerned about attitudes in the lockerroom than he is keeping his star player. Good for him.

Pamer will probably go first, but maybe not to the Bengals.

I think Leftwich will be the steal of the draft. (Great Player)

I personally don't know who will go first since I don't follow college. But one that I would see go in the first round is Larry Johnson. And by the way I am going to be collecting his cards. :)

from everything I've read, the Bengals look to select either Palmer (most likely choice) or Leftwich.

They need a QB badly!!

Kitna just won't do.

Carson Palmer, no doubt.

Wouldn't it be like the Bengals to forsake a QB and go for some wild off-the-wall player?

Perhaps Larry Johnson?

And yes, I am aware they have Corey Dillon.

But, remember, this is the Bengals.

Well, if you put it that way - they'll take an offensive lineman :)

It will be:
1 - Carson Palmer
2 - Charles Rogers
3 - Andre Johnson or Byron Leftwich
4 - Byron Leftwich

Rex Grossman and Kyle Boller are the other top QB prospects. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ken Dorsey go in 4th+ round.

Rumors from ESPN are that Leftwich has had problems with the combine, and may fall further down the line.

I heard the same thing, looks like Leftwich won't be the number 1 pick afterall. I heard he gained some weight, too!

Carson Palmer will be the first to go in my opinion!!!

Leftwich had some problems and has gained weight from the shin injury he got at the end of the year. I think most teams will overlook that.

I also think you'll see at least 1 lineman in the top 3 picks.
