There have been several iPod and other digital player sales on SCF. Listing iPods, Zunes and other media players is allowed on SCF, but posting that movies, TV shows, music and other paid ditigital music and video is prohibited on SCF. This means you can't list an iPod then state that it includes movies, TV shows, music and other items that you must pay for on iTunes and other sites. This is illegal. Here is a good Cnet article on the subject (http://news.cnet.com/2100-1027_3-5072842.html).

For example, if I sell a 80 GB iPod I can't promote that part of the deal comes with digital products that you have purchased UNLESS you are including the account that the media came from AND can show a screen capture of the products and the invoices showing that you purchased the items from that account. It is legal to resell your digital products to a 3rd party if you are including your iTunes account or similar accounts that sell digital products. All items listed MUST also be listed on the account.

Selling an iPod that is loaded with music you purchased WITHOUT transfering your account to the buyer is illegal. There is nothing stopping the seller from just buying another iPod and loading the digital products again. SCF will not become a hub for illegal sales of digital music. SCF will be re-writting the rules to reflect these changes. Verbal warning will be given in the meantime.
