Why do you figure anyone would talk trash about you? This is a message board and anything and everything should be open to disscusion. That was my entire point. If you really don't want people to respond get a job working for a newspaper or something...just don't post it here.

The only rule I see about that is this one.

"1. Keep the conversation clean and courteous. Foul and hostile language will not be tolerated and violators will be subject to banishment."

Therefore if this includes PMs he himself should be subject to banishment.

that reminds me of the Milton Bradley-Paul Lo Duca quarrel going on last Saturday

I am a mod, this is true. My conduct last night and this morning was unacceptable and I hope my apology will be accepted.

Now I want to apologize to every other member for the way I acted towards Kmench1

I overstepped my bounds as a member ,Collector and Moderator in a pm to him this morning by taking offense to something he said to me in a p.m.

I basically told him to **** off this morning in response and That was uncalled for .

I hope my apology will be accepted by the rest of the SCF family,
and I promise that an incident like this will never happen again.

Honestly DCBear,

Flaming (bashing) another user or disrespecting a Mod is very close to the same thing. They will both get you a warning. We just don't want the negativity on the board.

With that said, it would be easier to get warning points for knocking a mod. They selflessly put a lot more into the forum than most people realize. There is a whole lot more than just posting. They donate a good amount of thier free time to make a good forum possible which does deserve its own distinction.

No it wasn't a joke.

Yes everyone should be treated equally on this board and they are.

All I was pointing out was that when you "attack" or "bash" a mod your more likely to get a warning then if you did it to me or somebody who wasn't.

I didn't know exactly what they were fighting about or what was said but I didn't want to see Kmench get banned for something that he would regret saying.

I now understand where Kmench was coming from and I probably would have said the same things that he did but I didn't at the time and wanted to warn him before he got banned.

Sorry I didn't know you couldn't be helpful on this board and not be a mod.
