Should I start Isaac Bruce or Wes Welker at 3rd WR?

Projections by ESPN are :
Welker 11 Points, Bruce 17 Points

Bruce is up against one of the worst Pass Defense, NYJ
Welker plays Seattle.....


Really need help on that one, it's a BIG game for me, I gotta win by 23 points as I lost by 22 points last week in a 2 weeks Playoff Matchup
