Hey, can you veterans advise on the best way to send a 8X10 TTM?
I know about the letter and all, but what do you use for the mailer and the return Self-Addressed mailer?
What percent of Sharpies that are sent come back with item?

i send it in a huge bubble mailer and in side i got card board and a 8x10.5 plain mailer with my addy and postage and card board in there so i tell em to but the photo on the card board so it dont get bent
it works a lot

I would put it in a 8x10 top loader and the in a bubble mailer.

I put it in a toploader inside of just a regular 8.5x11 envelope

Oops - deleted!
I thought I selected this to be a 'new thread'... I've done that correctly now.

These guys go all out on the cost on these 8x10's! I just stuff them into the cheap white large envelopes from Wallmart. They are like 20 or 25 for $5. No cardboard and no plastic holders. I place two first class stamps on the to and SASE envelope. The requesting letter, the folded in half large SASE and the photo get sent. I have had very few problems with bending! Save some cash!

Prefect! I was wondering about the folded return SASE approach! Thanks.
I anticipate going this route, but I will most likely secure the 8x10 to a thin cardboard or some sort of ridged card stock. So whether the 8x10 is taken out and handled and/or put into the SASE it is securely attached to the ridged material.
8x10 Toploaders are expensive...
