Went to the Phillies site, there is a Robert Richardson at A Clearwater but couldn't find a Juan Richardson on any of their minor league clubs. Robert Richardson is a lefthanded pitcher.

Just found some info by doing a search, he is a thirdbasemen #68, hit 15 hr last year in minors and 18 the year before.
