Hello All,
I was just curious if anyone else has pulled any of these out of packs!!! I will post a link below, that has to McMurray cards in it. Check out his name. One has the name in silver, like all the other cards in the set, but now I also have 3 or 4 that have the silver missing from the bottom of the card. Check it out, and PLMK if you have ran into any of these!!!! Are they Garbage, just a worthless miss print, or Worth more than the regular cards for the error?? Thanks!!!

I would guess it's an error card. I know some people collect those of their drivers too.
Pretty neat!

it happens some times where the foil is missing, really only worht what a mcmurray collector may want it for. i have a vip sorenson like that and i think it is a different card to add to a collection.

As a McMurray collector, I would be interested in the one of him. However, I don't put too much of a premium on most error cards as they aren't too much in demand. I usually consider them to be around the same value as one that isn't (maybe just a little more though).
Let me know if we can work out a deal for the McMurray. Thanks!

Technically these would be misprint cards. An error card would be a card where Press Pass mad a mistake in the picture or text on the card and it was either caught and corrected or the entire print run was made with the error See McMurrays 2002 RC ( can`t recall the exact set off-hand last name spelled McMurary).
This card apparently just missed the foil stamping process, whether it was just missed by the stamping machine, or stuck to another sheet when it went through.
Having said all that the card is as desirable (or not) to whoever has it. Some people like to collect them, others just think they are trash. If you are happy with it, enjoy.

P.S. The 2008 Stealth Mach 08 set had some of them in it also.
