No joke. Got an email from the Padres saying to send 25 dollar donation for a fan pack..Anyone else get that?

I recieved that

Dude give them a break, they suck and no one goes to their games unless they root for the other team. When i went last year, the stadium had twice as many dodger fans than padre fans.

ha it went up a bit. 2 seasons ago i tried and they sent a free one :O was shocked and wasn't to bad with season guide, pin, cards magnets etc

Yeah..I'll get that check right in the mail..25 bucks for some pocket schedules and a decal..all over that.

i email them requesting the Swingin' Friars autograph and got it plus other stuff that would usually be in a fan pack

Yea I got the same message not to long ago. Thats pretty Busch League of them. I guess they need that extra income

I received a Padres Fan Pack 2 days after I sent the request. I received:

1 Adrian Gonzalez Jersery(give away at the games)
1 6 pack cooler bag
1 pack of DAV cards
1 pocket schedule

Not too bad, but it probably didn't hurt that I was a San Diego resident.

Was that the 25 dollar fan pack? If so, glad I saved my $$$..
