I think you heard wrong about low production, he was actually the best Offensive D of the team in numbers until Letang woke up.

He was sent down because they want him to play and now with Gill, Scuderi, Orpik, Letang, Whitney, Eaton and Gonchar coming back in about 2 weeks there was no place for him. All the others have one way contracts. Therrien even said he didn't like the fact that he had to send him down and that he thinks he is ready for the NHL but they prefer him to play and they can't play him right now.

U are def correct, guess I read it after another story about the overall state of the Pens

On the bay, they show up pretty often. Maybe it's because many players from the Gophers are now in the NHL and having a great career starts (Okposo, Goligoski, Wheeler)

Beckett has 77 listed but they haven't list the Ultimate Collection yet (in wich he has 7 cards) and they are also missing his 2008-09 Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins card. Wich would bring us to 85 cards including the 1/1s. I have presently 70 different cards in hand or in the mail wich would mean I own 82% of all his cards plus some cool doubles (missing only 2 letters for his nameplate and I own two of the artifacts /5)

He wore number 67, number 13 and now number 3 because Bill Guerin is 13 (I'm pretty sure he'll get back to 13 next season cause I don't think Guerin will be back).

On the Victory rookie the player as #42 but the picture is not alex Goligoski, it's Dustin Jeffrey. Goligoski never wore #42

On his trilogy card it looks like he's wearing something like #9 but the picture was probably taken during a training camps cause Pittsburgh never wears Black Helmets with white jerseys

if andrei loktionov has rookie cards next year, then he is my main goal. will continue to collect boyle but i would be willing to trade boyle for loktionov any day. if lokti doesn't have rc's next year, then he will most likely have cards in ITG which i will go after along with boyle. no other rookies besides lokti and boyle for now

I think I'll pretty much continue with Goligoski. I don't think Eric Tangradi will be part of the team next season and I wasn't really planning on collecting any of the ones I know will have cards. The jury is still out on Luca Caputi but I don't think i'll collect him I'll probably buy less and try to obtain the harder ones to get in my Gogo collection.

First off, amazing collection.

It depends on how Tangradi develops, although he will have a few cards in ITG, I hope. I want to pick up cards of his, not supercollect him, but he has talent.

And Luca, I would only go for a few of his cards. He might or might not make the roster, also depending on how he develops.
