Everyone has a bad game every once and a while, it doesn't mean the Wings aren't still cup contenders.

The Ducks will make it, noone will catch them. The Wings are not going to take the cup this year...out of the west it seems as if Colorado has the good, I am not sold on Dallas and Vancouver is missing the experience. The team that scares me for the Cup is NJ. Last year there was noone in the East who could win the cup but New Jersey this year is scary and Brodeur is unbelievable.

Edmonton and Nashville should catch them. They have easier schedules plus the Ducks have played more games than everybody else.

For sure. I mean the Ducks are a really good team regardless of their record. They are in a much harder Western confrence and many people dont recognize that. If the Ducks were to be moved into the easier Eastern confrence I think that they could be one of the Division leaders or maybe Confrence leaders. I have also noticed in this years playoffs all the seeds ranked 1-4 have lost. Dallas lost to Edmonton, Detriot lost to Anahiem, Vancouver got crushed by St. Loius, and Colorado got beat by Minnesota. I dont think it will happen but I think that there is a possibility that a team with a ranking of 5 or lower in the Western confrence could go to the Stanley Cup.
