Pretty funny when it is cheaper for me to buy a house in the US than it is in the Canada. Our largest deal to date was for over 2,500,000 commons... This guy LOVES commons! And if he says he will trade commons for Autos/GU (or whatever) than HE WILL trade Autos/GU for commons...
