Washington is getting talent, but WAY overpaying for it. It was the same thing after the Deion and Smith signing a couple of years ago. They paid with salary cap hell when they didn't win. Now that they're clear, they're just going to put theirselves back into salary cap hell. I like what Buffalo has done so far. Shows that they're committed to making their defense better.

I just remembered the Mets doing the same thing last off-season, acquiring good players and filling some holes and then being absolutely horrible and the Poster Team for Overpaid players. That said I think too much might not be good for the team and I changed my mind to Buffalo and Atlanta. Both benefitted from the trade and both are looking strong going into 2003

I don't follow fb much in March but I think SD picking up Boston was huge.

What has New Orleans done? So far I like Denver, getting Plummer and Gardener.

I agree with bassmaster. Boston to the Chargers gives them the big WR they have been missing for years. They now have a good defense, great RB, decent QB and a great WR. They will make some noise in 2003.

Washington has made the most moves, but not necessarily the best moves. They have upgraded yes, however running back is a question mark. Will Betts or Canidate be good enough to start season with?
