i just recieved a 4clr patch of david aebischer 05/06 spgu/ and in the becket it has it listed under patches for 40$ but above that there is multipliers for multi colorpatches saying x2. Is that multiplier alredy factored in the 40$ price or is that 40$x2? lmk if you what you think thanks

Hard to say. "multi-colored" IMO isn't usually enough to expect a premium on a patch ,at least not anymore. Certainly someone is going to want a patch with 2 or 3 colors more than a single colored one.... but I think on a sale, that's just what it would take to get near high BV.

You typically only see patches sell for higher than BV when they are something really wild. There was a Messier Limited Logs talked about in another thread:
http://www.sportscardforum.com/showthread.php?t=747493

Something like that (assuming it's real) is going to get a big premium. Just being able to see 3 colors? I don't know about that.

ill get a scan up soon but its a legit patch and it specifically says above the set 3clrs 2x so dont know if that is multiplied to the 40$ price listed

Given that it's Aebischer, who is currently playing in the Swiss League, you'll be lucky to find somebody willing to pay $10 for it. The multiplier stuff only works if it's a player in demand in a high-end release. People won't be super-interested in the player as it is, they'll be even less so if you try and tell them you want a premium on it.

im keeping it and swiss league or not the normal patch of this is actually listed at 40$ so i wanna know if that muliplyer is for all cards, it doesnt say that it is for specific players, or patches.

That's fine and good that whatever price guide you're using says it's a $40 card - if nobody is willing to pay anything close to that price, is it really a $40 card?

Regarding multipliers, generally speaking they're not used unless it's a high-end product and a high-end player. Given that jersey cards are so easy to find on the market these days, the idea of paying 2x BV for a card that has a couple extra colours in it is rather passe. Most folks simply assume that the high value takes any potential multi-colours into consideration.
