Today I went to the Columbus (OH) Auto Show held in Columbus. They one had one autograph guest for the show, but he was one of the biggies to get for my Ohio State collection...

Ohio State Football Coach Jim Tressel.

It's not often that you see a college FB head coach do a public signing, let alone one that has been successful as Tressel. (last 3 BCS games notwithstanding) I had to get one when I saw he was going to be there.

The two things I found interesting:

1) He even started signing 15 minutes early...I've never seen that in all my years of autograph hunting.

2) He did NOT have a stack of 8x10s there by him to sign...it was also the first BYOM (Bring Your Own Memorabilia) auto session I've ever been to. Thank goodness i brought a mini helmet.
