Never did an email ttm and not sure how it works. Can somebody please explain it to me? Do I have to send anything to them? I'm a bit confused. Thanks!

Its just like sending a SASE thru the mail except you just say what you want in an email and send it to them. Dont forget to put your name and address and all that in the email. I usually ask them to personalize it so they dont think im selling it on ebay

Yeah thats all you do but some will ask you to send a SASE. Put your name and addy and all in the email so they know where to send it too and then hope they send you one. Not all will send you one tho but id say for the most part ive got back at least 60% ive sent to. And some send pre prints. Thats why i know if you get it personallized then chances are the sig is real. And you never know what goodies some will include. Ive got a few extras back Ive got a CD and a DVD and alot of coaches send team pics and media guides and team related things and one golfer chick sent me a signed glove with a signed pic and wrote me a nice letter. Just found me a frame for it last week on clearance at walmart so its going on the wall someday soon.

College Coaches are the best at free email autographs. I have heard from more than a few lately that they do need to know your age before they can mail to you. It seems that it can be a violation, if they mail to high school students? Best of luck on your collection and please keep us updated as to how your email requests go!

Ive never had any ask for my age but the only problem i had was from ND hockey coach Jeff Jackson i had to send (fax or email the downloaded form) to see if i qualified for an auto. BB coach Brey didnt ask for nothing. Some are also taking precautions so you dont sell them on ebay

so the fact that I haven't got alot of replies is a good sign :cheer2:
The only one who replied was Ed Hochuli and he asked me if I wanted a pic with Brett Favre or of him alone... what a cool guy!

I emailed Ed and got a responce in a few hours. He is such a classy guy I really enjoyed hearing back from him on what he had to say.

Not every email you send out will get you back a pic either id say my success rate is about 60% after 4 to 6 months most i sent out between that time. I seen to have better luck with in season coaches. It seems to me the actresses and actors also send out the most preprints too. Thats my opinion on email successes

Be sure to keep an eye on the email success threads. I have been amazed of some of the people who do sign via email. I'm personally posting two more coaches today!
