This was a case of "the chase is better than the catch." I've got it all, so now what, you know?
The full value on the set is just north of $1300. Obviously for most sets a person doesn't get the sum of the parts, but since Black Diamond isn't like other sets where you just buy a box or two and you're done, I will be looking for something relatively close to that range if a trade is to be done. Naturally, for something of this magnitude I'm primarily looking for high-end Carey Price and other Canadiens. I've also got a figure in mind that would make me happy for a sale if somebody wants to go that route.
Important note: two of the cards are currently in the process of being replaced. The Mario Lemieux and Steven Stamkos quads had hideous surfaces scratches on them so I've sent them off to UD for replacement. *IF* a deal is struck before I get them back, I will ship them to you separately upon their arrival.
