Who knows... by the time Miami and VT hit ACC soil, they might be programs on the fall too. You never know with college athletics. Maryland finished last year at #13, and they were ranked 12 in ESPN's preseason poll and 17 by Athlon, Virginia was in the top 25 in both, also. Plus, Maryland waxed Tennessee in the Peach Bowl. Maryland gets Bruce Perry back (2001 ACC rushing leader and offensive player of the year), and Scott McBrien is in his 3rd year in Friedgen's system (2nd as a starter). They return 15 starters, with the big loss coming at MLB in E.J. Henderson, but they got perhaps the best MLB out of high school in Wesley Jefferson.
