Anyone a LT fan?

Well i have some connections to get on the field every now and then at Chargers Training Camp, but while my dad is working he goes up there and hangs out with some of the players. Well LT has been tough all summer because everytime there is someone there who is just getting his auto to sell it, and thats the one thing that LT hates, so I haven't gotten him much. Well my dad felt bad because we drove all the way down to carson to finish up the last Chargers I needed, but they didn't have morning pratice that day so we turned around and went home. So later that day my dad is on the field talking to secruity and LT walks up and signs the book for my dad and my dad tells him that your mom sons favorite player and Ladainin was very appreactiive of that, and then my dad says in his jokingly way, " you know my kid would just die if he got your game used gloves, so he LT goes, well then(and takes them off and signs them both for me) one of my best succuesses ever!

On Sunday I was down in Seattle and went to the Hotel for the Carolina Panthers. It was already a bad day before it started as DeShaun Foster, Stephen Davis and Steve Smith are all injured and didn't make the trip. I really wanted Jake Delhomme anyways, and since he is such a great TTM signer, I figured he would be nice in-person too. He was the last guy to come down, he signed an 11x14 and a 8x10 for me and took a picture with me too.

As a bonus, Julius Peppers took a photo with me, although he wouldn't sign. And Keary Colbert also denied autograph requests.

Now, today in the mail I received Marty Schottenheimer, he signed 2/2 c/o team in black sharpie. Put the cards back in the holder for me. Total time was 48 days..

The auto appears to be authentic, it's defiantely not a pre-print & I don't think it's an auto pen because of the streakyness of the marker used.

The funny thing is on the back of the post card it reads "Greeting from the office of Emmitt Smith ! Please know that you are a valued fan. However, because of the large volume of requests we receive daily for Mr. Smith's autograph, regretfully, we can not grant your request.

OK this one is HUGE. Today I got a personalized Mini Helmet back in the mail from a childhood hero. This guy was the MVP of Superbowl I and II and went into the Hall of Fame in 1977.

In order to get an autograph, he requests a $20 donation (color 8x10) or $35 for your helmets. This charitable donation goes to support the Rawhide Boys Ranch.

All i wanted him to do is sign my cards, i didn't even care if he read my letter. He did me a few better and wrote me a letter and was sorry it took so long, I'm just happy to get them back at all. That is a truely great thing for a player to do, he is one of the rare current stars that apperciate their fans. Thanks so much Mr. Suggs.

I recieved my card back autographed plus two others for a total of three cards for just one request. The address I used was 19232 E. Hinsdale Lane. I didn't keep the rest of the address, but I believe I got it off this site. I just thought it was very kind that he sent back more than what I sent him.

Went down for the Cowboys this past weekend, arrived around 2pm and the team wasn't in yet. A buddy told me Aikman was in town for the FOX broadcast so I went to his hotel. He walked out 3 minutes after I got there but denied and said "I don't appreciate you guys waiting outside my hotel". About 30 minutes later he came bacck but sat at the Starbucks for another 30 minutes. We gave him his space, but watched about 10 different people walk up and ask for autographs on buspasses, napkins and other stupid stuff. The girl that worked at the Starbucks even asked him to sign two coffee bags!! After he was finished he walked down to us and signed 1 each for the 6 of us waiting, I got an 8x10 done and a photo with.

A couple hours later the team arrived, I got Al Singleton on 1 8x10, James Bradie on 2 8x10's, Lousaka Polite on 2 8x10's, Marion Barber on 2 8x10's, Tony Thompson on 2 8x10's, Anthony Thomas on 2 8x10's, and Drew Bledsoe on 2 8x10's and 1 mini helmet.

Guys like Roy Williams and Jason Witten signed a couple but I couldn't get any. Drew
