some people say that change is a good thing, but is it good that players change positions like Craig Biggio going from catcher to second to outfield, i mean if you were doing good at second and then you got switched wouldn't you mess up a lot?

its a decision made for the better of the team not for the better of the player...the astros need and outfielder and not a second baseman

Hank Greenberg went from 1st base to Outfield to move over for an upcoming player. He got the golden glove the first season in the outfield. See the movie The Life and Times of Hank Green berg. Great documentary.

Biggio took one for the team... now he took another one for the team. He's the definition of a team player. He's the kinda guy every team wants. A solid player, mid-tier star, who is consistant, and willing to work with you. You just have to respect a guy like him for all he's done for and with the Astros.

Biggio is defintely good enough to play center without problems, and wouldnt you rather have biggio and kent then just biggio
