I have had a number of folks ask me why their PM box is full, even though they have deleted all the PMs they receive.
The most likely reason your PM box is full, even though you've deleted all your PMs, is that the PMs you send out are also saved, so you must delete these as well
So, I am making this post, in the hopes that the new folks read this.
Here's how to clean out your PM box:
1. go to your Private Messages
2. look to the far right
3. look for "JUMP TO: FOLDER"
4. click on that
5. select "SENT ITEMS"
That will take you to all the PMs you send out -- you must delete all these PMs you send out.
Also, please remember to do this on a daily basis.
I will be making this a sticky thread in a few days....in the mean time, I will be bumping this thread to try to get as many folks to see this message as possible.
yes, we frown on "bumping" threads....but this is for the good of ALL members (as oppose to bumping threads so you can sell your cards for your financial gain).
