Write a note and request an autograph. This should be a hand written correspondence, written either on a note card or pretty paper that outlines your need for a Michael Phelps Autograph. Currently he’s on circuit so you may not get an immediate response, but according to the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs Colorado, athletes do honor these requests.
Step 2
In your note make sure it’s personal and reflects your feelings. Whether you are a swimming fan or a pool (http://www.ehow.com/pool/) hound, let him know.
Step 3
Your letter needs to include your name and address (make sure the envelope has this on the front as well to avoid delays). Ask specifically for an autographed picture of the Michael Phelps so there is no mistake of your request.
Step 4
Send your letter to:

Michael Phelps
c/o USA Swimming
1 Olympic Plaza
Colorado Springs, CO 80909

Include a self addressed stamped envelope if you want a speedier response.
Step 5
Requests can take up to eight weeks to process. An Olympic athlete needs time to rest and of course, take a few moments of fame on all the late night shows.

and another site gives another Address

Since there will be NO WAY in **** I will ever get the GInter and Allen Phelps auto, I am going to throw caution into the wind and mail one of the cards too each address.

The last address had a successful hit on 3/16,however, 4 entries since then have said they got back
A. A pre-signed photo

B.A reply with no auto from someone who's writing was female :)

C.SAS returned but photos kept.

So, Do at your own risk.

Too me the auto on that card,as beautiful as those cards are, would be a **** of a nice accomplishment ;)
