You don't Send to {Athlete Promotions} you go through the Sponors

Like Flute you contact Captial One Pr Department a lot will send out photos to promote there stars Like Omega Watches ETC do

Example So go to captial one and e-mail them go down the list a try the ones you want

they dont respond to autograph requests

then if you click on a players name it says they dont respond t autograph requests

you don't click on the players name you sent it to the captial one pr department from captial one site google it ..

all agency say that players does not sign ..
