Need help identifying these two autos

I know these are of guys who played on the Orioles at some point since they are on one of my Orioles baseballs but I got it years ago and have no idea now who they are...

anybody have any idea? and if this is in the wrong section sorry.. I just didnt know where to put it since Im not wanting to show and tell about it I just need to know so I can put it in my bucket as to who the autos are

The second auto looks like Terry Crowley. Do you know how far back it was when you got these auto or where you got them?

about 98 or 99 somewhere around there

they are in person autos.. Orioles players current and present used to do a bunch of in person signing in the 90s and on the same balls I got

so Im pretty sure its somewhere in the late 90s since thats when those 2 were both on the Orioles at the same time
