As the number one prospect in baseball, Jay Bruce has hit the sports card market with a high value.
A 2005 Bowman Sterling Black Refractor graded 10 with the autograph graded 10, has a sale value of about $3,500.00. This pristine card is numbered to 25 has sub grades of 10, 10, 10, 9.5 making it an obvious high value card.
“INVEST NOW! THIS IS HIS BEST CARD EVER!” is a true statement from a reliable seller (ctbinvestments). Of course, it is extremely hard to get the double threat (10 for card, 10 for auto).
Bruce’s cards have sky rocketed since being named More >
SPx baseball is one of the first “higher end” products released each year from the baseball crop.
Listed on Upper Deck’s website for release tomorrow, SPx again will again satisfy collectors of the product.
With a new base design prominently featuring a player photo in the center of the card, the always unique SPx base design delivers again.
The always popular Winning Materials and all of its parallels return in 2008. With three tiers of cards and a Trios version that all have parallels, building a master set of even one player will be a difficult task to master.

Just as it has the past years since the new MLBPA rookie card rules, 2008 Bowman baseball is formatted the same way.
Only players on the 40-man roster are allowed to be featured on base cards, but Bowman did find a way around it.
There will be 20 cards with the rookie card logo and 110 players in the Bowman Prospects insert set.
However, the best part of 2008 Bowman baseball is the new base design. Traditionally, the colors gray, black and blue are associated with the Bowman brand. This year, the set is graced with a bright red background which adds a More >

That’s right, they are the guys from the Major League movies.
Olds used the photo editing program at the Sentinel to make these customs cards to use in the paper and on their website.
Olds does want collectors to know that these cards are “100% fake baseball cards” but he does believe if a company were to get licensing to produce cards of these More >
