I have been collecting for 18 years, at first it was football, then baseball, then basketball..... but now I have settled on just collecting baseball. My thing is that in thse 18 years, I, like many other collectors, have seen the dramatic changes that have occurred since the start. ...

The Baseball Team Collector's Group (here is the original group thread https://www.sportscardforum.com/showthread.php?t=805309 ) is a group of collectors who like to collect a specific team (although there are a few who like multiple teams).

Basically once a month group members send each other a lot of 25 cards of a specific team. To keep things organized and to keep members from having to send a ton of packages out each month trade partners are assigned each month by the group coordinator. ...

Today's mail brought in no new Garnett's - but, I received a huge addition to one of my side PCs. Before today, I owned a total of 89 different Ray Allen cards. After getting my mail, I added 85 new Ray Allen's, bringing my total up to 174 different Ray Allen cards! Nearly doubled my Ray Allen count in one mailday!

I also picked up a box of cereal at the store today - why am I mentioning this, you may ask? Simple - because the box of cereal is the new Wheaties Fuel cereal with Kevin ...

Today's mail brought in 3 new Garnett's, all of them GU, bringing my total number of Garnett GU to over 100 different!

These bring my Garnett collection to 945 different (101 GU). I am now only 55 Garnett's away from reaching 1000 different!
