In a nutshell, things I find interesting these days and happenings in our card collecting community!
Friday was a fairly busy day at the SCF tables, we got plenty of entrants for the SCF give away of the day (Tom Brady rookie) and gave out several packs of cards which all included a business card. Hopefully some of the people we gave them to will come and check us out!
I didn't have much time to browse, having spent time at the tables and then on the phone with my stupid bank which decided to block my account for unusual activity (purchases in the USA) even though I had told them

We have now all survived our second day of activity at the Nationals and I must say today was much busier than yesterday, normal I suppose as it was the first full day!
I spent most of the morning working on an article for the next edition of collector's corner based on the prices offered by the major dealers there and also comparing the prices to their online prices. Here are my results by sports:

Well today was the day, finally time for me to attend my first card show and not just any show, the Nationals! I must say that the size of the actual exhibition centre was impressive right from the start, quite early on, as dealers were setting up, it was easy to see that there would be an impressive amount of goods on offer.

For the last month or so I have been so busy that I havent really made any trades, well none that involved going to the post office anyways as I honestly dont have the time...Why you ask? Well, I work full time and study part-time converting my law degree into one that will be valid in good old England. It's not too hard to cope during most of the year but when the finals are approaching, it gets absolutely crazy...This weekend alone, I killed (or emptied whatever you want to call it) 3 brand new
Well, the hubby and I just couldn't resist any longer, we decided to watch the double lenght season finale of Lost with dinner tonight and wowser what a show!
So many things happened it was unreal, I think I need to watch it once more to wrap my head around it all. My top 10 moments in a particular order number one being the best:
10. Rose and Bernard reappearing. It was great to see them alive and well and to see that the writers had not forgotten about them
