Cardshow Reviews and Hockey Thoughts.

  1. Lexington Kentucky National Guard Armory 5/2 and 5/3

    Just got back from the Lexington National Guard Armory. Well for a second straight month the show has yielded some hockey. So I have to say I love days like this. As I picked up the following cards at this show:

    A lot of game used from the $1 box minus the Greg Ellis that came out of the (6 for a $1 box). Not bad when you can get a small lot and beat any ebay price due to shipping cost that one would incur.

  2. Card show (Moeller High School Ohio, Cincinnati 4/24 - 4/26)

    The largest and longest running show in Ohio did not leave card collectors disappointed but happy they came out to the Moeller high school show in Cincinnati.

    I had a chance to sit down with show promoter Steve Schell and talk about the show. Mr. Schell and associates Adam Knight and Gary Nunn see that the show they have been promoting for the last 7 years go off without a hitch.   3. Card show (West Virgina, Barboursville 4/17 - 4/19)

    Another mall show has come and gone, with a great turnout on Friday and Saturday despite the excellent weather. Twelve dealers in all set up at this high traffic, tri-state mall show. There There were cards, of course, comics, t-shirts, autographed memorabilia and some toys to be had at this three day venue.

  4. Cardshow (Lexington, Kentucky National Guard Armory 3/28 and 3/29)

    Well I went to the show today and met a few people as usual from the site.
