Needing some serious Guidance here. Issue: I had a difference in opinion with an advisor. My post in his thread did not VIOLATE any TOS.. He insinuated that I had "insulted his character" so to speak by a posting of mine, and asked me to refrain from posting in that thread. I tried to reply in that thread, and I even offered an apology, if his perception was that this was a personal attack. I had explained to him it wasn't. Merely a disagreement. I also offered him an apology and very brief explanation in a PM.. He "CENSORED" me and did not let my response post.. Is that fair? It wasn't an attack and an apology was offered, and he shut me down. Isn't that a TOS violation? I understand you guys have a tough job, and believe me I do appreciatte it. But when does an advisor's personal and possibly misinterpretated feelings allow him to censor a member. I know you hate getting these types of messages and I'm sorry, but it ain't right. ANy help?
