I would first contact the other member and see if there is anything they can do for you. We like members to try to work things out before we need to get involved.

i am fairly new to the site and I have only made approximately 15 trades to date. I just encountered a problem and I am not sure how to take the next step. I received a jersey card in a trade that was bent down the middle of the card. I completed the trade but I haven't given him his feedback yet.
