About Me

Hello...1st off my name is Clint & I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma "home of the Tulsa, Drillers"

I originally grew up in northern Iowa and was only 200 miles from Minneapolis / St. Paul so I was able to see alot of pro games and being the Minnesota Twins were the home town favorites they were my team as well. I have seen Harmon many times and when I was still a young lad and saw his 500th home run game and got his autograph along with a cup. Needless to say nobody told me not to play with it and so I did. I played baseball up until my junior high when I was disabled with a hip injury during track which pretty much ended my track & baseball. When my 2 boys were growing up I would take them to see the Twins and they loved it, then we started collecting baseball cards "1990 time line" and my oldest boy liked the Chicago Whites but I was still a Twins fan :)
So we would see Frank & Kirby play every time the Soxs played the Twins. At one time we had the biggest Frank Thomas collection in northern Iowa along with a good sized Puckett collection, as we started setting up tables at local card shows as at that point in time the internet wasn't in full stream like it is today, so that was the place to trade cards and so we did up until the late 1990's when the trading card companies came out with so many verities of cards and inserts it was hard to be a dealer so we backed out and eventually sold our collection due to divorce issues. Now it's time for me to regain cards and start collecting back up again. "all done paying child support....lol" this collection will just be graded minor & rookie cards and autograph cards and anything else that catches my eye like #'d inserts so if you have one I don't let me know please and hopefully we can work something out in trade or cash :)
